Degen Planet Capital brings a long-term research perspective to a market that moves in real time. Our focus spans established digital assets and emerging teams building new financial and technological infrastructure.
Our mandate is proprietary: investment decisions are made for the company’s own balance sheet, without soliciting or managing outside investor funds.
Publicly traded tokens, assessed through network adoption, liquidity, supply dynamics and market structure. A compelling narrative is a starting point for investigation, not an investment thesis on its own.
Key questions: What drives demand? How does value reach the token? Can an exposure be entered, monitored and exited responsibly?
Emerging projects and teams building the next generation of the digital asset economy. Our evaluation considers the problem being solved, technical differentiation, economic design and a credible path to adoption.

DISCIPLINE BEFORE DECISION
A repeatable framework for asking better questions, challenging assumptions and keeping risk visible at every stage.
Map the opportunity using project documentation, network activity, token economics and market context. Separate verifiable evidence from assumptions that still need testing.
Challenge the thesis across product adoption, technical dependencies, token supply, governance and liquidity. Identify concentration, execution and downside scenarios.
Define why an opportunity merits company capital, the conditions that would invalidate the thesis and the limits an exposure should respect. Research does not automatically lead to investment.
Revisit the original assumptions as product milestones, token unlocks and market conditions evolve. A changing evidence base should change the decision when warranted.
